The meal is good for two and is available for dine-in customers only from 6pm to 10pm on Feb. 14, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>For Susupe branch patrons, the outlet will especially be spruced up with Valentine&#8217;s Day d\u00e9cor to heighten the romantic ambiance for the Day of Hearts.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1983, Shirley&#8217;s Coffee Shop has been serving the best of Chamorro, Filipino, and American cuisines in generous servings on Saipan and in Guam.<\/p>\n<p>Shirley&#8217;s in Susupe and Garapan also offers the daily lunch specials for only $8.95.
