Saimon, 30, was served with an arrest warrant on charges of theft and possession of a forged device.<\/p>\n<p>At a hearing yesterday, Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo imposed a $7,500 cash bail and set the preliminary hearing for Feb. 5 at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, an officer responded to a reported misuse of bad checks at LC Market in Gualo Rai last Dec. 26.<\/p>\n<p>Investigation revealed that a man, later identified as Saimon, allegedly purchased $156 worth of items from the store using a check with an amount of $578 belonging to Kae Poong (Saipan) Corp. last Dec. 22.<\/p>\n<p>Saimon allegedly told the store employee that he works for Kae Poong Corp.
