{"id":269293,"date":"2018-02-02T06:06:01","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T20:06:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=269293"},"modified":"2018-02-02T06:06:01","modified_gmt":"2018-02-01T20:06:01","slug":"vehicle-emission-fee-raised-40","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/vehicle-emission-fee-raised-40\/","title":{"rendered":"Vehicle emission fee raised to $40"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality has adopted new air pollution control regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The regulations are outlined in the Commonwealth Register, Vol. 39 Number 12, Dec. 29, 2017. <\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the new regulations, BECQ has increased the vehicle emission certification fee from $20 to $40.<\/p>\n<p>All vehicle owners requiring vehicle emission certification testing are advised that effective Feb. 1, 2018, the new vehicle emission certification testing fees are in effect.
