Two men were arrested on Monday for allegedly raping a 52-year-old woman at a house on Saipan. <\/p>\n
Jaime Always, 46, and Weiner Sony, 28, were arrested for sexual assault in the first degree.<\/p>\n
Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho imposed yesterday a $30,000 cash bail each on Always and Sony.<\/p>\n
Preliminary hearing will be on Feb. 12 at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n
According to police detective Buddy S. Igitol, police officers responded to a house on Sunday afternoon to investigate a reported sexual assault incident. <\/p>\n
Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman, who stated that two men known to her raped her.<\/p>\n
The woman identified Always and Sony, who were found by the officers still sleeping inside the house where the rape allegedly happened.<\/p>\n
The woman said after the rape, she made an excuse to leave the premises and used the phone from a nearby restaurant to call the police.<\/p>\n
Officers interviewed the restaurant\u2019s employee, who stated that the woman came in and asked to use the phone to report a crime.<\/p>\n
The employee stated that the woman looked scared and was shaking.<\/p>\n
