Monroyo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Betted got even with CTSI Petmalu following a 3-2 win in their second meeting in the co-ed U12 division of Saipan Soccer School\u2019s 2018 Youth Futsal Tournament last Tuesday night at the TSL Sports Complex.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Roque and Kaithlynn Chavez scored in Betde\u2019s victory over CTSI Petmalu, which posted a 3-1 triumph in their first round duel during the opening day of the competition late last month. Roque had a pair of goals when Betde faced CTSI Petmalu anew with his first in the opening half tying the match. Carvin Cruzat registered CTSI Petmalu\u2019s goal in the first half and added one more in the second. Roque countered in the final half for another deadlock, which was broken by Chavez\u2019s conversion.<\/p>\n<p>With Betde\u2019s victory, it joined CTSI Petmalu on top of the team standings as the two teams earned similar 2-1-1 win-draw-loss records. Tinsel Toes (1-1-1) and Kanoa Ali\u2019i (0-1-2) are the other squads in the division and played in the lone U12 match last night and results of their game were unavailable at press time.<\/p>\n<p>In the co-ed U15 division, Fake Madrid is alone at the No. 1 spot as it now holds a perfect 4-0-0 mark after crushing Marianas United (0-0-4), 12-1.<\/p>\n<p>Rintaro Miyawaki powered Fake Madrid to another lopsided win after firing four goals. Blake Mister, Paulynn Joyce, Kaden Church, and Stella McCallion contributed two apiece. John Mark Anastacio made the lone goal for the winless Marianas United. CNMI United (1-0-2) and Betde United (2-0-1) complete the co-ed U12 field and were hoping to keep up with Fake Madrid as they squared off in last night\u2019s second match.<\/p>\n<p>In other results, Bruv pulled off a 3-2 triumph in the battle of unbeaten teams in the co-ed U18 division.<\/p>\n<p>Guine Borja delivered two goals for Bruv, including the go-ahead in the second half, while Mareko Tekopua added one. Oliver Lee made both goals for the Kensington Hotel-backed Suplex City.<\/p>\n<p>Bruv extended its win streak to three to keep the division lead, while Suplex City dropped to a 2-0-1 slate for second place in the team standings in the six-squad field. Suplex City was trying to regain its form quickly as it squared off against the winless Islanders FC (0-0-3) last night.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, all the 14 teams participating in the tournament will see action this Sunday. In the co-ed U12 division, the pairings are Betde vs Kanoa Ali\u2019i and Tinsel Toes vs CTSI Petmalu. In the U15 division, Marianas United and CNMI United will play in the first game in their age group, while Fake Madrid will take on Betde United in the other match.
