Diaz Memorial Youth League and the 2018 Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s Island-wide Premier Basketball League are calling all coaches to attend tomorrow\u2019s meeting at 5:30pm at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium conference room.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will discuss the opening of both leagues and other important issues.<\/p>\n<p>The FMD Memorial Youth League is for Under 15 and U18 boys, while the IPBL is an open division. The leagues have attracted a combined 31 teams.<\/p>\n<p>Eight teams have signed up for the FMD\u2019s U15 division with 670 Sonics and NMI Rollers fielding two each. The Young Warriors, Ol\u2019Aces Extreme, Ol\u2019Aces Elite, and Tinian are the other squads competing in the youth league.<\/p>\n<p>The Warriors and Rollers have entered two teams each in the U18 division, while the Sonics have three and the three groups will be joined by the Kagman Sparks, Ol\u2019Aces, Ol\u2019Aces Elite, Ol\u2019Aces Extreme, Tinian, and the China Town Titans.<\/p>\n<p>Six teams will be vying for the IPBL men\u2019s title, while four have signed up in the women\u2019s division.<\/p>\n<p>Imperial Pacific has two men\u2019s squads and they will be playing against the Ol\u2019Aces, Ol\u2019Aces Elite, Dream Team, and a team coached by Alex Lauron.
