To express its gratitude to its consumers, the company will be giving out $500 to a lucky raffle winner. <\/p>\n<p>The winner may be a consumer of the establishment\u2019s services or any community member. <\/p>\n<p>According to Express Financial area manager James Matsumoto, throughout the entire day today, Express Financial will be serving refreshments to customers and community members.<\/p>\n<p>While taking advantage of the free refreshments, individuals may fill out application forms to enter the raffle drawing. At the end of the day, Express Financial will draw the lucky winner. <\/p>\n<p>Matsumoto said that Express Financial president Robert Chappel has travelled all the way from Atlanta to take part in the company\u2019s fifth anniversary on Saipan. <\/p>\n<p>Everyone is invited to celebrate Express Financial\u2019s anniversary today at its office from 8am to 4pm. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Express Financial is celebrating its fifth year of service on Saipan today.
