The modified plan can be viewed at the OVR website, ovrgov.net, and electronic copies can also be emailed upon request.  <\/p>\n<p>All comments regarding the plan should be submitted:<\/p>\n<p>via email to: nmidir@ovrgov.net<br \/>\nSubject: State Plan Public Comments<br \/>\nor mailed to:  Office of Vocational Rehabilitation<br \/>\nAttn:  USP Coordinator<br \/>\nP.O.
