IT&E will launch in Guam and the CNMI today a campaign to promote paper waste management.<\/p>\n
Called \u201cA Change that Matters,\u201d IT&E CEO Jim Oehlerking said this campaign initiates a small change among IT&E subscribers but with a big impact.<\/p>\n
\u201cGoing paperless means less trash in our local landfill and less pollutants going into the earth, air, and water. In Guam and the CNMI, land is tied to the hearts and culture of the people,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019re proud to work alongside customers to preserve what matters most.\u201d <\/p>\n
IT&E believes that customers will save money and time when they subscribe to online billing, <\/p>\n
Another benefit is that subscribers will save $3 on their monthly billing by eliminating dependency on paper statements. IT&E assures customer satisfaction because they can still access their latest statements and make payment from their computer at home or work.<\/p>\n
Danny Daniel, IT&E\u2019s senior manager of brand and public relations, told Saipan Tribune that customers were notified of the campaign in the middle of February \u201cusing our monthly statements, coupled with in-store dialogue and social media communications.\u201d <\/p>\n
To get statements online, subscribers are asked to sign up and have their own password for access. Subscribers are also encouraged to visit any IT&E branch to enroll in \u201cMyBilling Statements\u201d<\/p>\n
