The tradition is symbolized by a doll called sachiko that signifies happiness and a child of bliss. Sachiko is passed from one generation to another to ensure good luck and happiness for the recipient.<\/p>\n<p>Aqua Resort Club will be joining this tradition with a display of sachiko dolls at its Costa Terrace Restaurant. The restaurant\u2019s regular buffet lunch rate is $32 per head but the local rate will only be $19 for a day of celebrating the Japanese Girl\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the Hinamatsuri lunch special is the Chirashi sushi, which is usually served on happy occasions and at parties in Japan. This is a colorful dish made up of sushi rice, shrimp, eggs, and black beans, with a delicious variety of mixed vegetables and sprinkled toppings on top.<\/p>\n<p>The menu will be a mix of Japanese dishes and other dishes like American and other Asian-inspired dishes. Patrons are in for an extra special treat as delicious desserts to celebrate a girl\u2019s sweet tooth will be served.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch is from 11am to 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>March is for lobster lovers <\/p>\n<p>Kevin\u2019s The Prime Rib &amp; Seafood Restaurant, also at the Aqua Resort Club, and is known for their steaks and ribs, is adding a new player on the menu for the whole month of March\u2014lobsters.<\/p>\n<p>For the entire March, Kevin\u2019s will feature an extra special Lobster Lovers Menu\u2014perfect for seafood lovers and in time for the lenten season.<\/p>\n<p>The Lobster Lovers Menu is an addition to the prime ribs that Kevin\u2019s is known for. Steaks will be served on a wagon by the chef, who will be serving guests four different kinds of cuts: Saipan cut, Kevin\u2019s cut, Golden Alex Award cut, and Michelle\u2019s cut.<\/p>\n<p>According to ARC assistant general manager Sachiko Mafnas, since the restaurant opened in November last year, Kevin\u2019s The Prime Rib and Seafood has become the go-to place for people who want quality meat and tastes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLast Valentine\u2019s Day, the restaurant was full and we were very happy about that.
