The Spay Neuter Network will be help conduct the five-day clinic.<\/p>\n<p>The Kaufman, Texas-based organization is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation and the team coming to Saipan will be spearheaded by director Bonnie Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Hill\u2019s team will consist of two veterinarians and four support veterinary technicians.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Mayor David M. Apatang\u2019s special assistant Henry Hofschneider said the clinic will be from 8am to 5pm or 6pm, for both cats and dogs.<\/p>\n<p>Pet owners must pay $25 per pet and payment must be made at any of the Treasury offices at the CNMI Courthouse and the Division of Revenue &amp; Taxation in Dandan and Capitol Hill.
