{"id":273101,"date":"2018-04-02T14:35:40","date_gmt":"2018-04-02T04:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=273101"},"modified":"2018-04-02T14:35:40","modified_gmt":"2018-04-02T04:35:40","slug":"4-meth-lab-case-plead-not-guilty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/4-meth-lab-case-plead-not-guilty\/","title":{"rendered":"4 in meth \u2018lab\u2019 case plead not guilty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The four men who were indicted in federal court in connection with an alleged clandestine laboratory that made crystal methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d on Saipan have pleaded \u201cnot guilty.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At their arraignment on Wednesday afternoon, Vincent David Cabrera Jr., Eugene Blas Repeki Jr., Rick Urumelog Omar Jr., and Sidney Capelle Kani pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>Their jury trial will start on May 31, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona ordered the parties to file pretrial motions by April 11, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The case and the initial complaint filed against the five were consolidated.<\/p>\n<p>David G.
