The registration fee is $130 per person. Chamber members will enjoy a discounted fee of $120 per member. Deadline for registration is today, April 11, at 5pm. <\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s golf tournament will focus on providing scholarships to enable the youths to achieve their dreams of postsecondary education. <\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s hole-in-one sponsors are Triple J Motors, which is offering a new Mazda MX-5 valued at $33,995 at hole 3; Takagi &amp; Associates, which is offering a $5,000 prize at hole 7; McDonald\u2019s, which is offering a $5,000 prize at hole 13; and Aon Insurance and Century Insurance, which are offering yet another $5,000 prize at hole 17. That totals up to $50,000 in hole-in-one prizes.<\/p>\n<p>Other hole sponsors include: Bridge Capital, Ernst &amp; Young, Bank of Saipan, Island Training Solutions, Matson Navigation, IT&amp;E, Marpac Distributors, Joint Marketing, First Hawaiian Bank, IP&amp;E, Docomo Pacific, Bank of Hawaii, Dial-Rent-to-Own, and AC Pacific dba I Love Saipan. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am happy to help sponsor the SCC Golf Tournament. I know the funds will go to assisting the Chamber fund their yearly scholarship program that help deserving young people with college or trade school tuition. The awesome two-person scramble format makes for a day of fun and networking and allows golfers at all levels a chance of winning,\u201d said one sponsor. <\/p>\n<p>Registered players will enjoy a complimentary swag bag filled with items donated by: AC Pacific dba I Love Saipan, StayWell Insurance, Pacifica Insurance Underwriters, Inc., D&amp;Q Saipan, Matson Navigation, Micronesia Islands Nature Alliance, and NMI CrimeStoppers. <\/p>\n<p>On course refreshments are provided by Coca-Cola and Marpac. <\/p>\n<p>Immediately following the tournament, players will enjoy a banquet at Laolao Bay Golf Resort\u2019s \u201cThe Grill\u201d where a raffle draw will be held. Among the sponsors are Delta Air Lines, Hyatt Regency Saipan, IT&amp;E, Paradise Dental Center, Pacific Islands Club, MITA Travel, Triple J Saipan, Great Harvest Bread Co., Tony Roma\u2019s, Capricciosa, Surf Club, Truongs, Union of Professionals, Fiesta Resort &amp; Spa Saipan, D&amp;Q Saipan, Joeten Enterprises, and Marianas Business Plaza. <\/p>\n<p>The Chamber is giving a total of $3,200 in cash prizes for first, second, and third places, and for each of the two categories: Team Gross and Team Double Peoria as well as cash prizes for closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, and accurate drive contests. <\/p>\n<p>Registration forms for players are available for download at www.saipanchamber.com, at the Chamber office, and at Laolao Bay Golf Resort.
