Camacho has ordered the release to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the passport of a man who was slapped with a two-year imprisonment for illegal possession of methamphetamine or \u201cice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Camacho ordered the release of Rui Wei Huang\u2019s passport to ICE officials following the request of the Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant attorney general Chester Hinds, counsel for the government,  said Huang pleaded guilty to illegal possession of controlled substance on Sept. 29, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Huang, 42, also known as JCC Brother and No-No, was given credit of 441 days of time served. <\/p>\n<p>In his sentencing order, Camacho instructed the Clerk of Court to provide ICE a copy of the order.<\/p>\n<p>Huang is a citizen of China.<\/p>\n<p>Huang was arrested on June 15, 2016 and charged with two counts of trafficking controlled substance and three counts of possession of controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>OAG then amended the information charging Huang with only one count of possession of controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>A CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force officer said their \u201ccooperating source\u201d managed to buy $340 and $120 worth of \u201cice\u201d from Huang during separate operations in Garapan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N.
