Chen has been detained for 526 days as of last Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio ordered Chen to pay a $2,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p>Chen, who is also known as Brother, will not be placed on probation.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant attorney general Chester Hinds recommended that Chen be sentenced to the maximum of five years imprisonment, and made to pay $2,000.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant public defender Nancy A.
