(Bea Cabrera)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Senate President Arnold Palacios (R-Saipan), Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. chief executive officer Esther Muna, and Community Guidance Center director Nadine Sablan led other officials Tuesday to officially open the new Systems of Care office in San Antonio.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Palacios signed a proclamation declaring May as Children\u2019s Mental Health Awareness Month.<\/p>\n<p>Systems of Care or Hali\u2019 Inaguaiya program manager Vina S. Ayuyu said since their program is focused on improving mental and behavioral health outcomes for children and youth, they recognize children\u2019s mental health concerns throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>The events set to promote the Children\u2019s Mental Health Awareness Month are the following: KKMP Radio Talk Show on May 3, 17, and 31 from 7:30am to 8:30am; Launch N\u2019 Learn on May 16 from 8am to 2pm; and Family Expo on May 26 from 9am to 2pm at the Garapan Central Park.
