The medical mission hosted by a Saipan-based church provided services to over 100 Rota residents as part of its Good Hands Ministry. <\/p>\n
The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ 4th Watch hosted a medical mission on Rota last Saturday, April 28. <\/p>\n
The purpose of the medical mission is to serve the Rota community and advocate for healthy living while also sharing personal testimonies. <\/p>\n
According to PMCC\u2019s head minister Claire Javillionar, the medical mission reached out to 132 Rota community members. <\/p>\n
Louis Mesa of Marianas Referral Office was touched by the passion to help, saying even just a haircut means a lot. <\/p>\n
Joel Charfauros, a retired police officer, said the community of Rota appreciates the kind gesture. <\/p>\n
The services offered during the medical mission include haircuts, blood sugar check and blood pressure check, facial cleansing, and body massage. <\/p>\n
The PMCC church also distributed 377 items that include tissues, soap, hand sanitizers, alcohol, towels, toothbrushes, eyeglasses, and more. <\/p>\n
