{"id":275764,"date":"2018-05-11T06:00:03","date_gmt":"2018-05-10T20:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=275764"},"modified":"2018-05-11T06:00:03","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T20:00:03","slug":"libday-parade-registration-fills-up-quick","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/libday-parade-registration-fills-up-quick\/","title":{"rendered":"LibDay parade registration  fills up quick"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Registration to join the 2018 Liberation Day float parade is filling up quick. <\/p>\n<p>According to 2018 Liberation Day parade chair Brad Ruszala, anyone interested in winning in this year\u2019s Liberation Day parade should start registering now. <\/p>\n<p>The first place float winner can win up to $4,000, second place winner could win $3,000, and so forth. <\/p>\n<p>Registration has been open since May 1 and will be officially closed on June 15; late registrants will not be eligible to win the monetary prizes and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. <\/p>\n<p>Ruszala is urging the community to register before the deadline so that parade participants can be properly briefed to ensure a smooth Liberation Day parade. <\/p>\n<p>Parade participants can register at the Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration to join the 2018 Liberation Day float parade is filling up quick.
