{"id":276232,"date":"2018-05-17T06:06:21","date_gmt":"2018-05-16T20:06:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=276232"},"modified":"2018-05-17T06:06:21","modified_gmt":"2018-05-16T20:06:21","slug":"man-allegedly-breaks-into-house-throws-machete-at-cop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-allegedly-breaks-into-house-throws-machete-at-cop\/","title":{"rendered":"Man allegedly breaks into house, throws machete at cop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 22-year-old man allegedly burglarized a house in Chinatown Thursday midnight, threw a machete at a police officer, and threatened to kill the officer. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect, Kition Emor, allegedly tried to run away, but police officers arrested him.<\/p>\n<p>Emor was taken to Superior Court last Friday on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, assault, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Judge Joseph N.
