Monroyo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Talaabwogh Falcons and Little Legals will dispute the Majors division championship in the 2018 Saipan Little League Baseball today at Miguel \u201cTan Ge\u201d Basa Pangelinan Ballfield.<\/p>\n<p>The Falcons booked the first finals berth in the division following a 7-3 victory over the Pirates last Sunday, while the Little Legals edged McDonald\u2019s in the other semis game, 11-9, to set up the title duel between the Top 2 teams in the regular season.<\/p>\n<p>Noah Aguon and Joey Sharry pitched for the Falcons and allowed only six hits and one earned run to bring the Falcons to the winner-take-all finale that will be played at 11am.  In today\u2019s finals, the Falcons are hoping to keep their undefeated record after a 12-0 sweep in the regular season and two more wins in the playoffs (versus the Cubs in the first round last Saturday and against the Pirates yesterday. <\/p>\n<p>The Little Legals, on the other hand, are hoping to avenge the two losses they absorbed against the Falcons in the elimination. The Little Legals, before beating McDonald\u2019s in the Final Four, crushed the Comets, 12-1, in the first round of the playoffs last Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The Little Legals combined for 10 runs in the first three innings to set up the easy win. G-Boy Pangelinan went 3-for-4 at bat against the Comets and scored three runs and two RBIs. Gunner Sablan also had three runs off a 2-for-3 performance at the plate.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald\u2019s set up a semis match against the Little Legals after nosing out the Braves last Saturday, 7-6. McDonald\u2019s held strong on defense in the last four innings after giving up five runs in the first two to eke out the close win.<\/p>\n<p>While McDonald\u2019s labored through the Braves to make it to the semis, the Pirates eased their way to the Final Four following a 19-0 demolition of Bank of Saipan.
