An alleged speeding pickup truck being driven by a male teenager hit and killed a heavily intoxicated male pedestrian along Chalan Pale Arnold in Garapan early Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

Department of Public Safety spokesperson Jacqueline Rae Shepard said today, Tuesday, that the pedestrian sustained multiple injuries and was pronounced dead by the Commonwealth Health Center staff at 6:23am.<\/p>\n

Shepard said the driver, 18-year-old Alvin Limes Pua, and his female passenger were also treated at CHC for injuries.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Pua was later arrested after testing positive for consumption of alcohol over the legal limit.<\/p>\n
