Some people search for images in clouds (called \u201cpareidolia\u201d). Some find images in bushes (who would do such a thing?).\u00a0 Find the image in this photo.\u00a0 Did you find an octagon shape such as a STOP sign?\u00a0 And a signpost?\u00a0 You\u2019re right.\u00a0 Typhoon Souledor pushed over this STOP sign until it rested at a 45-degree angle.\u00a0 Then DPS and DPW failed to repair or replace it during the past two years (or is it three?).\u00a0 In the meantime, the bush has grown to completely cover the sign and most of the post.\u00a0 Part of me find this humorous.\u00a0 But the other part takes safety seriously and this neglect by DPS and DPW puts the public at risk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gary A.
