Do you have a book idea? Have you always wanted to write and publish \u201cthe great Marianas novel,\u201d memoir, non-fiction how-to manual, or book of poetry or photographs?\u00a0 Looking for tips on how to overcome writer&#8217;s block? It\u2019s easier than you think!<\/p>\n<p>The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library\u2019s video teleconference room\u00a0will be the venue of a workshop\u00a0on Saturday, June 23, from 1pm to 4pm, to be led by Walt F.J. Goodridge, an author of over 24 books in a variety of genres.<\/p>\n<p>Admission to the workshop is $10 in advance, and $12 at the door. Twenty percent of admission proceeds will be donated directly to the library on the day of the event!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During this lively, interactive three-hour\u00a0workshop, Goodridge will share step-by-step instructions on how to start a book project, overcome \u201cwriter\u2019s block,\u201d find the best and worst times to write, edit your book, how to tell when it&#8217;s ready, publish independently and go from idea to sales in 24 hours or less!<\/p>\n<p>Seating is limited.
