Have you always wanted to write and publish \u201cthe great Marianas novel,\u201d memoir, non-fiction how-to manual, or book of poetry or photographs?\u00a0 Looking for tips on how to overcome writer’s block? It\u2019s easier than you think!<\/p>\n
The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library\u2019s video teleconference room\u00a0will be the venue of a workshop\u00a0on Saturday, June 23, from 1pm to 4pm, to be led by Walt F.J. Goodridge, an author of over 24 books in a variety of genres.<\/p>\n
Admission to the workshop is $10 in advance, and $12 at the door. Twenty percent of admission proceeds will be donated directly to the library on the day of the event!\u00a0<\/p>\n
During this lively, interactive three-hour\u00a0workshop, Goodridge will share step-by-step instructions on how to start a book project, overcome \u201cwriter\u2019s block,\u201d find the best and worst times to write, edit your book, how to tell when it’s ready, publish independently and go from idea to sales in 24 hours or less!<\/p>\n
