Sixto Igisomar\u2019s (R-Saipan) Senate Bill 20-62 in its current form not in conformance with the CNMI Constitution, which states that legislation that includes revenue-generating properties should only originate from the House.<\/p>\n<p>Because of this, the House decided to refer the bill back to the House Judiciary and Governmental Operations Committee led by Rep. Ivan A. Blanco (R-Saipan).<\/p>\n<p>Blanco said the option of reintroducing the bill in a different form came up.
