{"id":278369,"date":"2018-06-19T06:00:38","date_gmt":"2018-06-18T20:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=278369"},"modified":"2018-06-19T06:00:38","modified_gmt":"2018-06-18T20:00:38","slug":"discrimination-suit-vs-imperial-pacific-dismissed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/discrimination-suit-vs-imperial-pacific-dismissed\/","title":{"rendered":"Discrimination suit vs Imperial Pacific dismissed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The federal court dismissed with prejudice on Friday the discrimination lawsuit filed against Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC by its former table games supervisor. <\/p>\n<p>Dismissal with prejudice means Dennis Campbell can no longer re-file his lawsuit against Imperial Pacific.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V.
