Yep, it\u2019s a fire hydrant. How would you like to own or work in or be a customer in NAPA or the Marianas Insurance building on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Road in San Jose? \u201cNow, where did we put that fire hydrant?\u201d asks the fireman holding the hose. Maybe the relevant government agency can remedy the situation.\u00a0 Because it\u2019s too late when a car crashes into another, killing people or a fire starts and lives and property are lost because the fire hydrant walked away.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gary A.
