Monroyo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The CNMI Junior and Senior All-Stars will leave Saipan early tomorrow morning to compete in the 2018 Asia Pacific Asia Pacific-Middle East Regional Tournament that will start this weekend at the Global Villages, Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>Both teams will board the 2am Asian Airlines flight bound for Incheon, South Korea for their connecting flight to the PH.  <\/p>\n<p>The CNMI Junior All-Star Team is bringing in 14 players and five officials in the World Series qualifier. The squad is headed by pitchers Bing Nakamura and Reid Teregeyo, while other members of the team are Justin Agulto, Nathan Aizon, Heath Camacho, Patrick Celis, Justin Magofna, Jonathan Riungel, Keoni Serrano, Antonio Norita, Alex Achas, Joseph Ada, Ohane Borja, and Jason Joseph Reyes. Greg Camacho is the manager, while Ned Norita and Herman Kintol are the coach and assistant coach, respectively. The squad will be accompanied by umpire Michael Muna and Saipan Little League Baseball official Annie Flores.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe boys are doing well in practice. We\u2019re polishing their basic skills and working on both their offense and defense,\u201d Camacho said, adding that Chinese-Taipei will be the CNMI\u2019s toughest opponent in the ASPAC.<\/p>\n<p>Besides Chinese-Taipei and the CNMI, other teams vying for a World Series berth in the June 29 to July 6 tournament are Hong Kong, China, and host Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>In the Senior League, there are more teams with the Commonwealth battling New Zealand, Hong Kong, Guam, Indonesia, India, and the host.<\/p>\n<p>The CNMI Senior All-Star has Leveque Iguel, Vicente Camacho II, Josenio Alvarez, Kianna Aldan, Pedro Maratita, Jordan Babauta, Dennis Cabrera, Justin Peter Celis, Aven Evangelista, Joaquin Fleming, Trevon Lieto, Ignacio Mendiola, Donovan Deleon Guerrero, Joel Norita, Orren-Cody Cruz, and Arby Yaguel as members. Doru Camacho will manage the squad and will be assisted by coaches Juan Manibusan and Alfonso Evangelista. Completing the CNMI Senior League All-Star delegation is SLLB vice president A.J. Murig.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a lot of power hitters and a deep bullpen, so we will use those advantage in our games in the Philippines.
