Saipan Tribune went out and asked people what they know of Presidents Day and why we celebrate it:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI remember when we used to celebrate George Washington and Abraham Lincoln\u2019s birthday. But, what changed that was when President Kennedy was assassinated.
