The group is asking all bereaved families to walk together as a symbolic way to show the love we carry for the children we mourn and honor.

The short walk will be held on Thursday, July 26, starting at 5:30pm at Minachom Atdao Pavilion; participants are encouraged to wear black and white: black for grief and white for hope. Families are welcome to bring a photo of their loved one to put on a table at the pavilion.

We Remember Them, CNMI is inviting the Saipan community to join them to support their families; the mental and physical effects of child loss are enormous. Lives are forever altered. Your compassion and support are greatly appreciated.

Participants will join together to share in a potluck meal after the walk; please bring finger-food to share. Water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

For further information, contact We Remember Them, CNMI (werememberthemcnmi@gmail.com), Rose Hocog (rose.tadahocog@gmail.com, (670)287-3933), Tania Marie Mendiola (taniamendiola4@gmail.com, (670)588-4399), Donna Krum (donnakrum@gmail.com, (670)783-1900), or Jill Derickson (jilld@pticom.com, (670)989-9821). (PR)

[4
21870,26,9351,19320
post-279599","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news","tag-bereaved-parents-month","tag-cnmi","tag-minachom-atdao-pavilion","tag-tania-marie-mendiola
["GET
