Police officers arrested a man after they discovered two trucks and a go-cart\u2014all alleged stolen\u2014as well as several marijuana plants during a search at a house in As Gonno last week. <\/p>\n
Department of Public Safety spokesperson Jacqueline Rae said Monday night that Antonio B. Sablan Jr. is currently detained in the Department of Corrections for failing to post $50,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n
Rae said officers from the DPS Highway Patrol and the Criminal Investigation Bureau executed a search warrant on the house last Tuesday at 6:18pm.<\/p>\n
Rae said during the search, two trucks, one go-cart, and several marijuana plants were discovered and seized.<\/p>\n
Sablan was arrested without incident at 6:30pm that same day in connection with the stolen vehicles and marijuana.<\/p>\n
The DPS spokesperson said police have already notified the victims. <\/p>\n
A source said police are looking into possibility that Sablan was also involved in other cases of theft of vehicles, in which parts had been dismantled and eventually sold.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
