Tydingco-Gatewood has approved the payment of $14,820 to the Settlement Fund trustee for professional services and expenses incurred during the month of March 2018. <\/p>\n<p>Tydingco-Gatewood said she has reviewed the invoice and finds the request for compensation and reimbursement of expenses to be reasonable.<\/p>\n<p>Tydingco-Gatewood expressed satisfaction with the work performed by Trustee principal representative Joyce C. H. Tang.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the judge ordered the Settlement Fund to pay the Trustee $13,405, which represents 90 percent of the Trustee\u2019s professional fees and all expenses incurred last March.<\/p>\n<p>She further ordered the Settlement Fund to hold in trust to the credit of the Trustee the sum of $1,415, which represents 10 percent of the Trustee\u2019s professional fees for that month.<\/p>\n<p>The Trustee, the judge said, may petition for release of the 10 percent retainer on a quarterly basis, subject to the court\u2019s satisfaction of the Trustee\u2019s work and any objections to the compensation requests.<\/p>\n<p>The Trustee requested for payment of $14,157.50 in professional services and $663.48 in expenses for that period, or for a total invoice amount of $14,820.98.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI designated Judge Frances M.
