Jeffrey Grimes is inviting former residents of Sumay village and their descendants to a memorial Mass on NBG July 20. <\/p>\n<p>The event is coordinated with the Santa Rita Mayor\u2019s Office as part of the island\u2019s Liberation Day festivities. <\/p>\n<p>The Mass will be held 11am at Sumay Cemetery, followed by a luncheon hosted by the mayor\u2019s office. Former Sumay residents and descendants may contact the Santa Rita Mayor\u2019s office at 565-4337\/2514 to arrange access for the Mass.\t<\/p>\n<p>Sumay village was once known as the \u201cPearl of the Island\u201d before World War II.
