{"id":280627,"date":"2018-07-24T06:00:23","date_gmt":"2018-07-23T20:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=280627"},"modified":"2018-07-24T06:00:23","modified_gmt":"2018-07-23T20:00:23","slug":"man-not-facing-more-prison-time-for-flight-disturbance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-not-facing-more-prison-time-for-flight-disturbance\/","title":{"rendered":"Man not facing more prison time for flight disturbance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>HAGATNA, Guam<\/strong> (AP)\u2014The lawyer for a man who caused a flight disturbance says his client will likely be returning to South Korea since he is not facing additional prison time.<\/p>\n<p>Pacific Daily News reported\u00a0Friday\u00a0that South Korean Dentist Kwon Woo Sung was detained for 57 days for assaulting flight crew aboard a Korean Air flight headed for Guam in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents say Kwon yelled at staff and dragged a flight attendant through an aisle.<\/p>\n<p>In Guam, Kwon pleaded guilty to interference with flight crew members and attendants.
