Saipan Community School is hosting its annual Open House and Parent Orientation Night tomorrow, Aug. 16, starting at 6pm. <\/p>\n
Parents and students are encouraged to attend as well as members of the community interested in learning more about the school.<\/p>\n
The open house will include a brief introduction to the SCS teachers, staff, and administration. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Students and parents should meet in the church at 6pm for a general assembly before proceeding to individual classrooms. Teachers will be available in their classrooms to discuss goals for the school year, curriculum, and co-curricular activities such as MathCourt, STEM Fair, NJFL, Spelling Bee, PGFC, and mock trial, as well as athletic events.<\/p>\n
SCS is a private Christian school that was established in 1976 as the first Protestant school on the island. <\/p>\n
SCS offers a U.S. curriculum taught in English. It is our mission to prepare elementary and junior high school students for further studies.<\/p>\n
