A 22-year-old man allegedly sexually abused a 15-year-old girl who was then sleeping in her bedroom on Saipan last Wednesday night. <\/p>\n
The suspect, Peter Fritz Lizama, was arrested and brought to the Superior Court Monday on charges of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n
Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo imposed a $75,000 cash bail for Lizama\u2019s temporary freedom and set the preliminary hearing for Aug. 20 at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n
Police said that Lizama cried during the interview and confessed he had sex with the girl.<\/p>\n
The girl told police that it was the seventh time that Lizama had sex with her and that the previous incidents happened in 2015.<\/p>\n
According to police, when officers met with the girl last Thursday, she had puffy eyes and appeared to have been crying.<\/p>\n
The girl stated that while she was sleeping in her bedroom last Wednesday night and was awakened by someone touching her privates.<\/p>\n
The girl said she was very scared and did not know if she should fight, scream, or run away.<\/p>\n
The girl said that when she shifted around, the man stopped and ran out from her bedroom. She looked through her window and recognized the man as Lizama.<\/p>\n
Last November, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho found probable cause for all charges to move forward against Lizama who allegedly sexually abused a 15-year-old girl who was earlier reported missing in Koblerville. There were no available information yet about that case as of yesterday. <\/p>\n
The girl was reported missing last Nov. 9 at night, but was recovered by police the following day. Police learned that she did not return home from the day before, Nov. 8. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
