Corp. and Eo Dae Sun have filed a civil case against Li Guo Wu and Long Feng Corp., which operates the XO Market, for stubbornly refusing to vacate the building and for failing to pay rent. <\/p>\n<p>D.S Corp. wants XO Market removed from the building at once.<\/p>\n<p>According to the complaint, D.S. Corp. leased the commercial building space on Middle Road in 2010 to Long Feng Corp. so it could establish the XO Market. <\/p>\n<p>The extended lease came to an end back in Dec. 31, 2017, and Long Feng Corp reportedly refuses to move out nearly eight months later. <\/p>\n<p>D.S. Corp has taken legal action before through the Holdover Tenancy Act but Long Feng Corp. has yet to be removed and D.S. Corp. said it has already lost a new tenant as a result of Long Feng\u2019s \u201ctrespassing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>D.S. Corp. has filed the lawsuit to hold the Long Feng Corp. and Wu Guo accountable for the loss of possible revenue as a result of their contract breach and more. <\/p>\n<p>D.S.
