Jones, Triple J Enterprises, Inc. board chair, said the hotel, once completed, will include American with Disabilities Act-compliant rooms, executive suites, and a loft-style penthouse seated on top of the Surf Club Restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>The final layout will also incorporate meeting rooms, a fitness center, a state-of-the-art spa facility, a complimentary laundry room, and over 75 parking stalls.<\/p>\n<p>Equipped with numerous amenities, the Surfrider Resort Hotel provide convenience and comfort for guests while sharing in the Customer\u2019s First mission of Triple J Enterprises, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlthough we faced many challenges along the way, we are here today celebrating our accomplishment of the initial stage of the project,\u201d said Jones. \u201cWe are ready to partner with travel agencies, local businesses and international guests to meet their needs supporting our tourism industry. I want to thank Dan Murrell, Mario Valentino, and our hard-working construction team. We hope to have our grand opening before Christmas 2018.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The infrastructure of the Surfrider Resort also pays tribute the native Chamorro culture of Saipan with latte stone pillars incorporated in the design\u2014one of many aspects initiated by the team of Triple J.<\/p>\n<p>A top-off ceremony was held last Tuesday, Aug. 21, signifying the completion of the infrastructure phase.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach person on the Triple J team plays an important role \u2014components of our success.
