Ralph DLG Tenorio declares Typhoon Condition 2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile we hope that Tropical Storm Mangkhut veers far off our precious islands, we are diligently preparing just as many of our families are,\u201d Mu\u00f1a said in an advisory today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe CNMI Public School System is well aware of the possible need to open its campuses for those in need of shelter.
