(DONNA RIVERA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Casino restaurant Chairman M, located at the Imperial Pacific Resort in Garapan and known for its Northern China cuisine, now offers a special lunch set that adds more dining choices to working and business people, families that love eating out, and tourists that want to go on an adventure with their food choices.<\/p>\n<p>Coming up with a special lunch menu at Chairman M was inevitable so that more guests could appreciate dishes from Northern China, according to Rae Wang, Imperial Pacific International\u2019s Marketing &amp; Communications manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNorthern Chinese dishes are known for their healthy and healing benefits because the ingredients used are nutritious, like Chinese white fungus that is good for the lungs,\u201d Wang said.<\/p>\n<p>The special lunch set is composed of one viand, rice, soup, and your drink of choice (tea, juice or soda)\u2014all representative of authentic Northern China cuisine\u2014all for $18.<\/p>\n<p>Wang said that Chairman M also wants to give the public a complete dining experience, with Chairman M\u2019s opulent interior design, furniture and utensils, and an affordable special lunch set.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of affordability, Wang said that Chairman M now offers a corporate discount.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe offer a 15-percent discount for corporate accounts. We invite companies on Saipan to avail of this offer as it will give them mileage in terms of benefits for their employees, office parties, meetings and clients,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll they have to do is submit a letter of intention from their Human Resources department and we will add them to our corporate contact list so when their staff comes, we will provide a 15-percent discount,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Chef de cuisine Thomas Tongxin is the new addition to the restaurant, responsible for whipping up signature dishes, from appetizers to the main dishes. He has worked at Hyatt Beijing for 14, years has experience in 5-star hotels and restaurants and is considered one of the master chefs in Beijing.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman M\u2019s location inside the casino is not a hindrance to families bringing in their children. \u201cFamilies are welcome anytime. We have security that can accompany families with children from the basement to the restaurant. You can definitely bring your family,\u201d Wang said.<\/p>\n<p>Valet parking is available as an added service for guests to have a stress-free lunch experience.<\/p>\n<p>Thien Kum Thong, IPI assistant director of Banquet &amp; Event, said that customer service is their No. 1 priority. \u201cWe just want them to feel okay and see that we are doing something totally different from what other restaurants are doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been to different restaurants on island that supposedly serve Northern Chinese cuisine but nothing compares to the food that we serve here,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman M is open Monday to Sunday, from 12noon to 11pm.
