(Ferdie de la Torre)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Commonwealth Ports Authority board of directors adopted a fiscal year 2019 budget of $25,084,922 for airports and seaports during its board meeting last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The board approved the budget at a meeting at the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting classroom of the Francisco C. Ada\/Saipan International Airport. CPA acting chair Thomas P. Villagomez presided over the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>CPA board airport operations committee chair Barry C.
