Camacho. <\/p>\n<p>Power engines 8 and 4, which are currently not running, will be replaced. Camacho said the two engines were damaged in the past.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, Saipan\u2019s three power plants have a maximum capacity of 57.5 megawatts.
