The first 100 individuals to register will also receive a free T-shirt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Northern Marianas Coalition Against Domestic &amp; Sexual Violence, with the Family Violence Task Force,\u00a0also encourage Walk &amp; Roll participants to create signs or banners to help spread awareness of domestic violence and\/or to show support for victims and survivors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>October is nationally and locally recognized as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, with this year\u2019s theme for the CNMI being \u201cSupport. Encourage. Empower.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Additional DVAM events are scheduled throughout October including the Day of Unity on Saturday, Oct. 20 and Purple Thursday on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018.
