Ralph DLG Torres\u2019 campaign for governor has been endorsed by Republican Governors Association chair Bill Haslam, who is also governor of Tennessee.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince taking office, Gov. Ralph Torres has been a strong leader for workforce development, expanded opportunity, and government reform in the Northern Mariana Islands,\u201d said Haslam. \u201cIn his second term, [Torres] will continue his work to spur job growth, better wages, and improved education for the people of the Commonwealth. I am proud to support Gov.
