To ensure enough supplies are well-distributed to residents, one care package will be allotted per vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Points of distribution are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kagman Fire Station<\/li>\n<li>San Roque Fire Station<\/li>\n<li>Koblerville Fire Station<\/li>\n<li>American Memorial Park<\/li>\n<li>Ada Gymnasium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seaport and airport movement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As of 1pm, Saturday, the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port reopened the Seaport back to Condition Whiskey. Movement in and out of the port is now allowed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Because of limited equipment, resources, capacity and damages, the Saipan International Airport will be operating during daylight hours only.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, there will be no inbound passengers unless they are returning residents or relief effort personnel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tourism<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CNMI leadership has been in coordination for outbound flights for about 3,200 visitors with several commercial carriers.
