This will be considered a full 8-hour working day for timesheets and paycheck purposes.<br \/>\nNon-critical government employees who cannot make it to work must notify their immediate supervisor and apply for personal leave.<\/p>\n<p>Public schools<br \/>\nAll public schools remain closed until further notice due to massive damage sustained by seven campusess.<br \/>\nThe Northern Marianas International School will resume operations today from 8am to 4:30pm.<br \/>\nThe Saipan International School will resume classes today from 7:45am to 1:15pm.<\/p>\n<p>Commonwealth Transit Authority<br \/>\nCOTA\u2019s demand response service will be up and running. Services will run from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and will be closed on Sundays.<br \/>\nReservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and reservations must be made two days in advance. For reservations, call 664-2690.<\/p>\n<p>Post office<br \/>\nThe Saipan Post Office has reopened.<br \/>\nAccording to the U.S. Postal Service in Honolulu, Hawaii, mail has been delivered to P.O. boxes and the retail and parcel pickup windows have resumed operation. Saipan customers are encouraged to visit the post office regularly to check for incoming mail and packages.<br \/>\nThe Rota Post Office has also reopened for business as usual<\/p>\n<p>Banks<br \/>\nAll First Hawaiian Bank Saipan branches are open from 9am to 1pm.<br \/>\nAccording to FHB Hagatna, Guam, all First Hawaiian Bank Saipan branches to open during the week for limited business hours from 9am to 1pm.<br \/>\nFHB customers with internet may access their account via FHB Online and FHB Mobile or may call the bank\u2019s Customer Service Center at 1-888-844-4444.<br \/>\nBank of Guam has resumed operation since yesterday and the following operating hours are effective:<br \/>\n-Saipan Garapan branch: 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday<br \/>\n-Saipan Chalan Piao: Closed<br \/>\n-Rota: Normal hours<br \/>\n-Tinian: Closed<\/p>\n<p>Bank of Hawaii\u2019s Gualo Rai Branch in Saipan will be open for weekday business with limited hours beginning Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 9am to pm Monday through Friday, until further notice.
