P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe, from 8:30am to 4pm.<\/p>\n<p>On Tinian, early voting will be at the Tinian Department of Public Safety, also from 8:30am to 4pm.<\/p>\n<p>On Rota, it will be at the Rota-Northern Marianas College, from 8:30am to 4pm.<\/p>\n<p>The designated polling places both have power and air-conditioning units.<\/p>\n<p>CEC executive director Julita A. Villagomez encouraged those who can\u2019t make it to the Nov. 13 election day to cast their votes during the early voting period. <\/p>\n<p>Registered voters just need to bring an identification card with picture.<\/p>\n<p>As of last Oct. 5, the total number of registered voters in the CNMI is 18,975, a record-breaking number. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the mandatory training for poll workers on Saipan will be on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Pedro P.
