Manglona has revoked the release of a probationer who tested positive for alcoholic drinks. <\/p>\n<p>Manglona found on Friday that Hermanny Palacios Santos Jr. did violate the conditions of his supervised release.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona sentenced Santos to four months in prison and 32 months of supervised release.<\/p>\n<p>Santos is required to undergo drug testing and perform 43 hours of community service, among other conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant U.S. attorney Garth Backe did not oppose the U.S. Probation Office\u2019s recommendation to impose a four-month prison term on Santos.<\/p>\n<p>Santos is allowed to start serving his prison term on Nov. 16.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. probation officer Gregory F. Arriola said that Santos admitted to consuming seven cans of beer last Oct. 27 and leaving his house.<\/p>\n<p>At the hearing, Robert Torres, counsel for Santos, informed the court that Santos will admit to the two violations.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, the court slapped Santos with a 21-month prison term after he pleaded guilty to two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V.
