Eloy S. Inos to take the necessary steps for former governor Benigno R. Fitial\u2019s extradition to face the criminal charges level against him.<\/p>\n<p>The extradition resolution was adopted by a vote of 13-3, with one abstention and three absences.<\/p>\n<p>Those who voted \u201cno\u201d to adopt acting speaker Frank Dela Cruz\u2019s (Ind-Saipan) resolution were Reps. Antonio Agulto (Ind-Saipan), Felicidad Ogumoro (R-Saipan), and Richard Seman (R-Seman).<\/p>\n<p>Rep. George Camacho (R-Saipan) abstained. The three absences were Speaker Joseph Deleon Guerrero (Ind-Saipan), Reps.
