(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Marianas Pacific Distributors Inc., or Marpac, and the American Red Cross-NMI Chapter received a container of relief water, and are in the process of distributing the water throughout the CNMI, where people need it most.<br \/>\nMarp<br \/>\nac resident manager Guy Pudney and the Marpac team, acting governor Victor Hocog, and ARC-NMI Chapter executive director John Hirsch and his team at paid a visit to Marpac to receive the 50,000 cans of water donated by Ambros<br \/>\nInc. Marpac is the local distributor of Ambros products in the region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn behalf of the people of the Commonwealth, Gov. [Ralph DLG] Torres and I extend our deepest gratitude to [Marpac] for its partnership in the recovery relief efforts,\u201d said Hocog.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Guy Pudney and the Marpac family have always been a valuable partner especially in response to the critical needs of our community and we are grateful for their continued partnership. Thank you, Guy and Marpac.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery donation helps as it expands the level of assistance given to our people. Our islands only get stronger and more resilient with everyone coming together as one community helping those in needs and one another.\u00a0Thank you<br \/>\nfor your continued partnership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hirsh said: \u201cThe American Red Cross is extremely grateful for Ambros Inc. and Marpac\u2019s donation.\u00a0 For many years, Ambros Inc. and MarpaC have been staunch supporters of the American Red Cross and its mission to alleviate human<br \/>\nsuffering.\u00a0 The water donation will go a long way in providing much needed relief to families on Saipan and Tinian as they continue on their road to recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pudney himself said:\u00a0\u201cSafe, clean drinking water is an absolute necessity during these difficult times, not only for the typhoon victims but also for all the relief workers on island who are helping with the recovery efforts. We<br \/>\nwill work with local organizations to get this water in the hands of the people who need it the most, as fast and as efficiently as we can for both Saipan and Tinian.
