I was able to speak to Bill to let him know that we are saddened by the passing of his wife, Ann, and I will share the information through this letter.<\/p>\n<p>Bill Stewart himself is not in very health but he managed to be strong as much as possible.\u00a0Bill may be contacted via telephone number\u00a01-304-760-7025; or his daughter Kathryn at 1-304-344-4594.<\/p>\n<p>I had the pleasure of working with Bill Stewart during the Trust Territory regime when he was the industrial economist. In 1990 to 1993 during the time when I was the budget officer, Bill was the staff industrial economist. I am sure many of us here in the CNMI remember Bill and Ann.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>Rita and Dave M.
