I received a phone call from Kathryn Stewart (daughter) that her mom passed away Tuesday morning in West Virginia.\u00a0 This indeed is a sad information to the friends of Ann and Bill. I was able to speak to Bill to let him know that we are saddened by the passing of his wife, Ann, and I will share the information through this letter.<\/p>\n

I had the pleasure of working with Bill Stewart during the Trust Territory regime when he was the industrial economist. In 1990 to 1993 during the time when I was the budget officer, Bill was the staff industrial economist.
